Install Web Tier connected to Fusion Middleware Control

Purpose: This tutorial will walk you through the steps of installing an Oracle 11g Webtier connected to a standalone Fusion Middleware Control.

  1. Install Oracle Linux 6 Update 2
  2. Disable Firewall and SELinux
  3. Disable Network Manager
  4. Configure Oracle Yum Repository
  5. Create Oracle User
  6. Configure limits.conf
  7. Create Personal User Accounts
  8. Install Latest JDK currently 7up4
  9. Create OFM11g Home
  10. Create OFM11g Application Set Up Scripts
  11. Install ofm11g Webtier Software
